Etiquette

It is advisable to prebook all sessions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your spa appointment as late arrival may result in shorter treatment times.

Cancellations

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. All cancellations made without 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Full charges will be imposed for a no show.
