The Grand Harbour Hotel offers 10 function suites ranging from the Library which is ideal for private dining for 8 guests up to the state of the art Mayflower Suite which can seat up to 350 for a dinner or 500 for a reception.

Library and Eaton Suite 

The Library provides a unique space for private dining and is located on the Mezzanine floor. With natural daylight and complimentary WiFi, the individuality of the Library is what makes this such an appealing space.

Standish, Winslow and Bradford

Located on the Mezzanine Floor with views across the front of the hotel towards Southampton Water, these rooms combine to make a large space popular for events for up to 120 people. As well as lots of natural daylight the rooms offer complimentary WiFi and are separated by partitions to create individual function suites. The Mezzanine Floor features a private bar and lounge area, ideal for pre-dinner drinks.

Mayflower Suite

The Mayflower Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests for a dinner dance, prom or birthday celebration. The suite offers a private entrance at the front of the hotel which leads to a private foyer and bar. The room itself can divide into three sections creating flexibility and with integrated AV, permanent lighting rig and complimentary WiFi, the Mayflower Suite is the lleading location in Southampton for private events and functions.
